Image Editing with Camera Raw in Adobe Photoshop CS5: Learn by Video
This innovative product uses interactive video to teach digital photographers how to use the Adobe Camera Raw plugin in Adobe Photoshop CS5. Users will learn the ins and outs of the Adobe Camera Raw workspace and how to use preview and analysis tools to determine how to adjust an image. The video demonstrates how to automatically and manually optimize image tones and how to get the correct white balance, as well as how to optimize a batch of images. Viewers will learn how to get localized control over an image with the adjustment brush and how to make a dramatic sky with the graduated filter. Sharpening is an important part of image processing, and this video covers the essentials of this complex subject.
Award-winning photographer Mikkel Aaland presents three hours of exceptional quality video tutorials, complete with lesson files, assessment quizzes, and review materials. The video is wrapped in a unique interface that allows the viewer to jump to any topic and also bookmark individual sections for later review. The unique Watch-and-Work mode shrinks the video into a small window to allow the student to work alongside in Photoshop. Project files used in the lessons are included on the disc so viewers can practice what they've learned, and interactive review questions help reinforce freshly gained knowledge.
The DVD-ROM is bundled with a printed booklet that provides supplemental material to enhance the video training.

Shot taken a few days ago on my trip to Paris. Actually the first I took , so many more to come, but as you know processing can take a lot of time, so they'll come graduatly. What you see here is the obelisk on the Place de la Concorde. Workflow: - Merged to HDR in Photoshop CS5, - Made tonemapped HDR in Photomatix Pro, - Edited contrast and exposure in Camera Raw, - Reduced noise using Topaz Denoise, - Added 1 layer of Topaz Adjust to get back details and colors, - Sharpening done with the 'High Pass' filter, - Added vignette, frame and name.

Kim really likes his pink nose. He's the friendliest, if not the smartest, of the outdoor cats. He's got some street smarts, too; he gets dinner at at least one other house in the neighborhood besides ours. I had to uninstall, then re-install, Photoshop CS5 in order to get the latest Adobe Camera Raw, which I needed to process files from the EOS 60D, but it seems to be worth the trouble. Norm came out well, even at ISO 640, and ACR has a lot more control for developing raw files than does Canon Digital Professional.

Camera Raw Cs5

I have Photoshop CS5 version 12.0.4 (which I believe is up-to-date) and Bridge CS5 version 4.0.5.11 (also up-to-date, I think). My Camera Raw is version 6.7.0.339, which is the problem. I just got the Fuji X-T1 and apparently need Camera Raw to be at least version 8.4. Is it possible to update my Camera Raw to version 8.4 with CS5?
